Join us on for an engaging, interactive workshop. Through a short video and optional pre-readings, we鈥檒l explore how everyday people鈥攑articularly Black women鈥攖ransformed overwhelm into coordinated action during one of the most influential movements in U.S. history. Together, we鈥檒l reflect on the parallels to our current moment and consider meaningful ways to take action without pressure or burnout.
Participants will leave with renewed clarity, inspiration, and one practical, doable next step.
This session is interactive, and you鈥檙e welcome to bring your lunch!
Facilitated by: Abby Machson-Carter (麻豆成人精品 for Teaching Innovation), Carlie Pierre (Inclusive Excellence), and Margo Shea (History)
