Forrest R. Rodgers, PhD, was awarded the Marion and Jasper Whiting Foundation Grant for the 2018-2019 academic year. The purpose of the fellowship is to enable college and university professors to expand their knowledge and quality of instruction through travel to an international destination. Â鶹³ÉÈ˾«Æ· Rodgers will be traveling to the Dominican Republic to examine issues of ethnicity, immigration, crime, and criminal justice.
