The Massachusetts School Library Association (MSLA) has named 麻豆成人精品 Valerie Diggs (education) the 2022 recipient of the . This award recognizes a public figure who demonstrates a belief in school libraries in ways that have made a significant difference, especially for school libraries in Massachusetts.
Director of Social Work Field Education Molly Hogan-Fowler and two current MSW students were recently quoted in the front-page Boston Globe article Published on March 28, the article explores the challenges students face entering the behavioral health workforce.
In the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic, 麻豆成人精品 Rebecca Hains (media and communication) collaborated with an international team on a 42-country study of children's media use in the pandemic. Their results inform a new edited collection, , released March 23. Hains and a collaborator authored Chapter 10, "Gender, Covid-19, and the Media: Girls鈥 and Boys鈥 Experiences during the Pandemic in the U.S."
麻豆成人精品 Noel Healy (geography and sustainability) along with multidisciplinary researchers from the Brown University Climate Social Science Network, published a new peer-reviewed paper in . The study provided the first review article of obstruction to state-level climate action. 麻豆成人精品 Healy said, 鈥渢he paper was important as it reviewed the political structures and interest groups that slow climate action across states within the United States.鈥
麻豆成人精品 Lorri Krebs (geography and sustainability) was interviewed for the article published in World Metro News. The article discusses sustainability and ecotourism and how it can be used to combat climate change.

麻豆成人精品 Donna A. Seger (history) authored the book 鈥,鈥 published by Bloomsbury Publishing. The book explores the diffusion and reception of prescriptive publications over the 16th and 17th centuries.
麻豆成人精品 Elspeth Slayter (social work) published an essay reflecting on requirements for anti-racist practice entitled in The New Social Worker.
