Atlantic Hall

Atlantic Hall overlooks Marsh Quad, Salem Bike Path, and the salt marsh. Located on Harrington (Central) Campus, this modern hall houses 450 students within 77 six-person apartments. 

Each fully-furnished, air-conditioned apartment includes two double rooms, two single rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Kitchens come complete with a full-size stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Bowditch Hall

Located on North Campus, Bowditch Hall comes equipped with an information desk, vending machines, a pool table, a foosball table, a flat screen TV, laundry room, mailroom, fitness area and a kitchen area.  

Bowditch is steps away from Peabody Hall, classroom buildings, the North Campus Dining Commons, the library, Dunkin’ Donuts, a Viking Shuttle stop, and the Gassett Fitness Â鶹³ÉÈ˾«Æ·. 

Charlotte Forten Hall

Charlotte Forten Hall is the newest of the residence halls at Salem State. Forten houses 350 residents in suite-style rooms. 

Each suite consists of student bedrooms, an entryway space, and a bathroom. There are four floors, each with common lounge areas for students to study and meet. Charlotte Forten Hall also houses a Starbucks and meeting spaces on the ground floor, with a separate entrance from the residence hall. 

Marsh Hall

Marsh Hall houses 525 students. The ground level features a fitness room, flat screen TVs, video game consoles, a Bluetooth speaker bar, pool tables, vending machines and laundry. 

Marsh residents are a just few short steps from a dining hall, Starbucks, Bertolon School of Business, a Viking Shuttle stop and the Marsh Quad–the perfect spot for studying, playing sports or hanging out. Marsh also neighbors the Salem Bike Path and the salt marsh.

Peabody Hall

Located on North Campus, Peabody Hall comes equipped with an information desk, vending machines, a pool table, a foosball table, a flat screen TV, laundry room, mailroom, fitness area and a kitchen area. Peabody Hall is located just steps from Bowditch Hall, the library, academic buildings, a dining hall, and Dunkin’ Donuts.
